How is ReSound Sensia different from my previous hearing aids?
ReSound Sensia introduces Intelligent All-Around - a powerful trio of AI technologies that highlights the sounds you want to hear, instead of defaulting to the loudest voice in the room. It adapts automatically, so you can focus effortlessly in any environment.
Is ReSound Sensia rechargeable?
Yes! Our microRIE is rechargeable. Zinc-air battery options are also available for RIE styles. Custom ITE and ITC styles have dedicated rechargeable options too. Your hearing care professional will help you choose.
How do I charge my ReSound Sensia hearing aids?
Choose from our Standard Charger (default), Desktop Charger or our Premium Charger for microRIE. Our Custom Charger for the rechargeable ITC and ITE models. Check battery status in the ReSound Smart 3D™ app.
How long should the battery last on a full charge?
All-day battery provides a maximum of 30 hours of use with typical use time of 24 hours on one charge or 20 hours when streaming 50% of the time. Battery life can vary by use.
Can I leave ReSound Sensia in the charger overnight?
Yes, it's safe to leave your hearing aids in the charger overnight. Rechargeable hearing aids are designed to handle routine overnight charging without damaging the battery.
How do I use the physical control buttons on ReSound Sensia?
The button on the ReSound Sensia microRIE allows you to control key functions of your hearing aids directly. It can be used to turn the hearing aids on or off, adjust volume, switch between listening programs, or manage streaming and wireless settings. Ask your hearing care professional for more information.
What do the lights on the hearing aids mean?
On the hearing aid: a single 2-second green blink means it has turned on; three 1-second green blinks mean it is turning off.
